INFORMATION & CONTROL

Keep the planning details on your device.

This policy describes the static trailer-planning tools, browser storage and separate email contact process. Effective October 21, 2026.

Information used by the planning tools

The workspace processes the vehicle and trailer descriptions, axle counts, rear-tire arrangement, use frequency, checklist statuses, crew nicknames, route assumptions, estimated amounts and charge-review notes you choose to enter. These inputs are handled in your browser. Saved planning data uses local storage on the current device; it is not uploaded to a Francisopenalawncareservice planning database.

There is no toll-account sign-in, account connection, statement-upload feature or request for a plate number, tag number, VIN, password or payment information. Do not place those details in nicknames, notes or other free-text fields.

Local storage and its limits

Saved data can remain after you close the page. It belongs to this website in the current browser profile; it does not automatically sync between devices or browsers. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to view it. Local storage is not an encrypted document vault or a guaranteed backup.

Browser settings, private browsing, storage limits or clearing site data can remove saved values. Download a summary you need before clearing data. Delete individual items with the workspace controls where available, or remove all of this site’s stored values in your browser’s site-data settings. Downloaded files and already shared copies must be deleted separately.

Print and downloaded summaries

Reports and available exports are generated on the device. Printing and Save as PDF use your browser and selected destination. Review a summary before sharing it, especially a nickname or note that might reveal business information. The website does not submit a packet to a provider, employer or customer.

The Ask form and email drafts

The form uses your first name, email, selected vehicle and trailer type, trailer axle count, use frequency, question category and general question to prepare an email draft link. It does not automatically send the message or create a server-side form-submission record.

Opening the draft uses your email app. If you choose to send it, the contents and ordinary email metadata pass through your email provider to [email protected]. The sender’s and recipient’s mail services process that correspondence under their own settings and terms. Avoid statements, documents and identifiers.

Correspondence retention and requests

This static website does not enforce a fixed mailbox-retention period or automatic email-deletion schedule. Sent messages can remain in the sender’s and recipient’s email systems, including backups, according to their settings and obligations. The website cannot promise a precise deletion date.

To ask about or request deletion of correspondence held by Francisopenalawncareservice, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Identify the relevant message without attaching sensitive records. A request cannot remove copies controlled independently by another recipient or email provider.

Hosting, logs and external sources

The hosting infrastructure that delivers the site may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested page for delivery, security or operations. Its settings determine whether and how long those logs are kept; no independently verified hosting retention period is specified here.

The delivered application includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking integrations, and it provides no mechanism for selling entered planning data. External links open other websites, whose own privacy practices apply there.

Storage preferences and policy questions

A local preference may remember your acknowledgement of the storage notice. See the Cookie & Local Storage Policy for browser controls. Contact [email protected] about this policy. If the deployment later adds collection services or a backend, the policy needs to describe those changes.
